WarmUp (https://warmup.ai) builds agent-native revenue systems for clients, then
verifies the people qualified to take them over. A named human makes every
verification decision, on the record.

## What the assessment is designed to verify
Certification is currently paused; this is the assessment standard, not a listing requirement.
WarmUp's assessment attests to a person's GTM decision-making: what to build, whether it should exist, and whether the output can be trusted. It is verified by a named human, never a test of tool proficiency, and it is not an endorsement to hire for any specific role.

## Machine surfaces
- MCP server, to work with WarmUp from inside your own tool (public tools are read-only and need no sign-in, JSON-RPC 2.0): POST https://warmup.ai/api/mcp
- What it can do: call `tools/list` and the server reports its own tools, so the list is never out of date
- A WarmUp candidate can additionally connect their own AI assistant with a personal access key (from their portal privacy page) to read and edit their own profile, and nobody else's

No tool on it lists or searches people.

## How agents should treat people here
There is no endpoint that enumerates the people in the network, and no personal
data in these files. To reach a person, use the directory
(https://warmup.ai/candidates). We never publish contact details, and nobody here
has agreed to appear in any external index, dataset, or search result.
