Every résumé claims the skills.

Hire the person who runs the system.

Every profile on WarmUp was interviewed and verified by practitioners who build these systems daily. When you hire, you hire through WarmUp: one clean agreement, no 12-month minimums.

Free to browse with any email, no demo call. You pay when you hire.

Three roles, not three tiers.

GTM engineer covers three different jobs, each owning a different question. Every verification names the role, so you know what you are hiring before the first conversation.

Owns: What should I build?

Workflow Builder

Turns briefs into working systems: enrichment flows, outbound engines, CRM automations. The execution backbone of every GTM team.

What it tells an employer: An employer reading this badge knows you ship reliable systems from a spec, fast, without hand-holding.

Verified through practical assessment: build a working system from a real brief, then walk us through the decisions you made and why.

Owns: How should I build it?

Systems Integrator

Architects the whole machine: tool selection, data flow between systems, failure modes, and what breaks at scale.

What it tells an employer: This badge says you can own the how: when systems fight each other, you are the person teams call.

Verified through system-design challenges: diagnose a broken multi-tool stack, redesign it, and defend the migration order.

Owns: Should we build it?

Revenue ArchitectPanel reviewed

Owns revenue outcomes and the decisions behind them: what to build, what to kill, and why.

What it tells an employer: The scarcest mark on the platform. It tells an employer this person can be trusted with the roadmap, not just the build.

No self-serve path. Reviewed by a founder panel with a dossier of real work, verified experience, mentorship, and a live defense.

Every track is respected work at a different scope of decision, and compensation grows with scope: public postings for these roles ran $127K to $250K in January 2026. Assessments are scored against rubrics by humans. AI tools are allowed in assessments because using them well is part of the job; the recorded walkthrough at the end is all you.

Companies running on GTM engineers we trained.

Not endorsements, placements. Through our Revelry training partnership, these companies took on engineers we trained, and one of them took the whole system too.

Four steps, no email threads.

  1. Browse the directory

Sign up free with any email, no demo call. Every profile you see was interviewed and verified by our team before it was published.

  2. Shortlist in a click

Save the people you want to compare. Every profile shows real work reviewed by our team, before the first call.

  3. Request an interview

One click puts it on the calendar. No email thread and no waiting on us, and someone from WarmUp still sits in on every interview, makes the introduction, and sends you a recap afterwards.

  4. Hire through WarmUp

One agreement with us: you pay WarmUp and we pay the talent. No 12-month minimums, and if you later bring someone in-house, conversion is a feature, not a fee trap.

Browsing costs nothing at any step, and candidates never pay either. Companies pay when they hire.

Questions from hiring teams

What does it mean that someone is listed on WarmUp?

Passing our assessment is the bar for being listed: a named human scores real GTM engineering work against a fixed rubric, not a resume or a quiz. That is the one bar for the directory, but passing it does not publish anyone by itself. A named person still interviews every candidate and reviews their profile, and publishing is a separate, deliberate step we take after all of that is done.

What does it cost to browse, and when do I pay?

Browsing is free. Sign up with any email and you are in: no demo call, no gate. You pay when you hire through WarmUp.

Who employs the person I hire?

You contract with WarmUp, Inc. You pay us and we pay the talent, so you get one clean agreement instead of an employment relationship. No 12-month minimums and no surprise fees.

Can we bring someone in-house later?

Yes. Conversion is a feature of the model, not a fee trap. If it stops making sense to run the engagement through us, we help you make the transition.

What roles do you cover? What is a GTM engineer?

People who run agent-native revenue systems. On the engineering side we verify three roles: Workflow Builder (what should I build?), Systems Integrator (how should I build it?), and Revenue Architect (should we build it at all?). They are different jobs, not levels of one job.

How do interviews work?

Browse the directory, shortlist with one click, then book the interview yourself from the candidate's profile. Booking is the only part that is automatic: someone from WarmUp sits in on every interview, introduces you, and sends a recap afterwards. There are no cold marketplace mechanics and no bidding.

Do I need a work email to sign up?

No. Any email works and you get instant access: no sales call, no approval queue.

Stop reading résumés. See the work.
