What does it mean that someone is listed on WarmUp?
Passing our assessment is the bar for being listed: a named human scores real GTM engineering work against a fixed rubric, not a resume or a quiz. That is the one bar for the directory, but passing it does not publish anyone by itself. A named person still interviews every candidate and reviews their profile, and publishing is a separate, deliberate step we take after all of that is done.
What does it cost to browse, and when do I pay?
Browsing is free. Sign up with any email and you are in: no demo call, no gate. You pay when you hire through WarmUp.
Who employs the person I hire?
You contract with WarmUp, Inc. You pay us and we pay the talent, so you get one clean agreement instead of an employment relationship. No 12-month minimums and no surprise fees.
Can we bring someone in-house later?
Yes. Conversion is a feature of the model, not a fee trap. If it stops making sense to run the engagement through us, we help you make the transition.
What roles do you cover? What is a GTM engineer?
People who run agent-native revenue systems. On the engineering side we verify three roles: Workflow Builder (what should I build?), Systems Integrator (how should I build it?), and Revenue Architect (should we build it at all?). They are different jobs, not levels of one job.
How do interviews work?
