Paid media

Ad spend you can trace to pipeline.

We build and run your LinkedIn and Google Ads from your own account lists and CRM data, test the creative every week, and report cost per opportunity from your CRM instead of cost per click from ours.

Results are shown live on the first call, and nothing is published that a client has not approved.

How Paid media runs.

  1. 01

    Goal and accounts

    week 1

We agree the one number the spend answers to: opportunities created in your CRM, from the accounts you want. Your closed-won deals decide who those accounts are.

    Runs on Your CRM, Clay

  2. 02

    Audiences

    weeks 1 to 2

Your target accounts are built in Clay and uploaded to LinkedIn Campaign Manager as a company list. Customers and open deals are excluded so nobody pays to reach them.

Runs on Clay, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  3. 03

    Tracking

    week 2

The LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google conversion events go in, and every lead form writes to your CRM with its campaign and source attached.

Runs on Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Your CRM

  4. 04

    Creative

    weeks 2 to 3

Offers and angles are drafted from your own sales calls. Three angles go in first rather than one, and you approve every ad before it runs.

Runs on Claude, Your brand assets

  5. 05

    Launch

    week 3

Campaigns go live in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads with a daily cap on each, so a wrong guess costs a little rather than a quarter.

Runs on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads

  6. 06

    Weekly test

    every week

Each week we pause the creative that is not working, put a new angle in its place, and move budget toward the campaigns that create opportunities.

Runs on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Claude

  7. 07

    Report and transfer

    every month

Cost per opportunity and pipeline by campaign, in the reports your CRM already runs. The ad accounts, audiences and testing log are in your name from day one.

Ad spend that reports clicks, and what replaces it.

Paid media for B2B goes wrong in three places, and none of them is the ad itself.

Targeting

Ads aimed at a job title and an industry, so the spend reaches thousands of people who will never buy.

Ads aimed at your named accounts and the roles inside them, built from your own closed-won deals.

Measurement

A report full of clicks and impressions, and no way to tell the CFO what the spend produced.

Every lead and opportunity carries its campaign in your CRM, so cost per opportunity is a report you already know how to run.

Ownership

The ad accounts belong to the vendor. When the contract ends, so does your history.

The ad accounts, audiences and testing log are in your name from day one, and they stay when we leave.

What we build and run.

Four parts, built in your own ad accounts. Each one is yours when we hand over.

Audiences from your own data

Your account list, your customers and the people who visited your site become audiences in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads, so the spend reaches the accounts you chose.

  • Company lists built in Clay and matched on LinkedIn
  • Customers and open deals excluded, so nobody pays to reach them
  • Site visitors retargeted on a cadence you approve

Creative tested every week

Several angles run at once, each judged on cost per opportunity rather than clicks. The one that is not working is replaced every week, and the log of what was tried stays with you.

  • Document ads, single-image ads and Thought Leader ads on LinkedIn
  • Search ads on the terms buyers use in Google Ads
  • Every ad approved by you before it runs

Budget that follows results

Each campaign has a daily cap. Every week budget moves toward the campaigns creating opportunities and away from the ones that are not.

  • A cap on every campaign, so a bad guess stays small
  • Spend paid by you, directly to LinkedIn and Google
  • A change log of every move and the reason for it

Measured in your CRM

A click becomes a lead, a lead becomes an opportunity, and the campaign stays attached the whole way. The report is yours to run without us.

  • Lead forms write to HubSpot or Salesforce with campaign and source
  • Opportunities keep the campaign that first reached the account
  • Cost per opportunity as a standard CRM report

On the record.

“Mike and the WarmUp team really came through for us when we needed to test outbound with different personas. They walked us through their messaging process, built solid lists based on what we told them we were looking for, and actually got us in front of Agile coaches - which wasn't easy. Good people to work with.”
Carl HerlitzFormer President and CEO, Herlitz Inventory Mgt, Inc.
“What I find both unique and refreshing in working with Warmup is their efforts to refine the prospect lists such that 90-95% of the companies that Warmup eventually presented were in our target market. The time savings aspect of this one element cannot be understated, not to mention how this illustrates that Warmup is not just listening to our needs but also acting on that information.”
Gary SchwartzFormer CEO, MTS Scanners
“Our company MTS scanners have been working with Deisy at warm-up for sometime. Deisy is a quick learner has great phone presence and is able to connect with strangers on the other side of a call. Deisy does her homework has access to great lists and has been Very accommodating to MTS over the months that we work together.”
Dakotah RadabaughPrincipal, Tenor Digital
“Warmup really helped us elevate our approach to GTM. We were manually managing lists and contacts, tracking what we could. WarmUp helped track who engaged with our LinkedIn content, visited our site, and automated the qualification process so we could route them to the right place.”

Part of forward-deployed growth engineering.

Outbound, ads, founder content and the CRM underneath are planned together and run by one team, and every channel feeds the next. Take one, or the whole engine. Either way you own it at the end.

How it works →

Your first 90 days.

Live by week three. Tested every week after that. Yours when the numbers hold.

  1. Weeks 1 to 3

    Build

The goal, the audiences, the tracking and the first three angles. Campaigns go live at the end of week three.

What you do: One kickoff call, access to your ad accounts and CRM, and approval on the first ads.

  2. Month 2 onward

    Operate

Weekly tests and budget moves, and a monthly read of the numbers with you.

What you do: A thirty-minute review each month and approval on new creative.

  3. When the numbers hold

    Transfer

The accounts, audiences, tracking and testing log move to your team, with training. Or you keep us on to run it.

What you do: Name who takes it over. We train them.

Ad spend is paid by you, directly to LinkedIn and Google. Our fee is separate. We do not publish pricing, and the first call ends with a scope and a number.

Paid media, answered.

How is this different from a B2B paid media agency?

Most paid media vendors run your ads in their own accounts and report clicks from their own dashboard. We run them in accounts that are in your name, aim them at accounts from your CRM, and report cost per opportunity from the CRM you already use. When we hand over, the audiences, tracking and testing log go with you.

Do you run LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads?

Both, for different jobs. LinkedIn reaches the named accounts and roles you chose before they are looking. Google Ads catches buyers who are already searching for what you sell. Which one gets more of the budget depends on your market, and we tell you on the first call.

How much ad budget do we need?

It depends on your market and on how many accounts you want to reach. LinkedIn sets minimums per campaign. The first call ends with a budget that can answer the question, and an amount we would not recommend spending yet.

How long before we know whether it works?

Campaigns are live by the end of week three. Creative results show up within weeks. Pipeline takes as long as your sales cycle. We tell you every week which of the two you are looking at.

Can you guarantee leads or a cost per lead?

No. Anyone who guarantees a cost per lead is choosing the number before they know your market. We show you cost per opportunity every month and change what is not working.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do, from day one. We work inside accounts you create and pay for. If we part ways, the audiences, the tracking and the record of every test stay with you.

Who writes the ads?

We draft them from your own sales calls and customer language, and you approve every ad before it runs. Nothing is published that you have not seen.

Does this work with HubSpot or Salesforce?

Yes. Every lead form writes to your CRM with its campaign and source, and opportunities keep that campaign. Cost per opportunity is a standard report there, not a dashboard of ours.

Do you use AI to make the ads?

AI helps us draft angles and variants and read results faster. A person reviews every ad, you approve it, and nothing runs that you have not signed off.

Can paid media run alongside outbound?

That is how we prefer to run it. The accounts you are emailing are the accounts seeing your ads, and a visit to your site from one of them becomes a signal for the outbound play. Take one service or the whole system.

Show us your ad account.

Thirty minutes. Bring last quarter's ad report. We will tell you where the spend went, what we would change first, and what you would own at the end.

Or call +1 317 414 1157, or pick a time without the form.
