LinkedIn content
Your point of view, in front of buyers.
We interview you for thirty minutes, turn what you said into posts in your own voice, and publish only what you approve. Then we match the people who engage to your target accounts and write them to your CRM.
How LinkedIn content runs.
- 01
Voice capture
week 1
A recorded interview, plus your old posts, emails and sales calls, becomes a voice guide: how you open, what you refuse to say, the words you use.

- 02
Topics from your market
week 1
Topics come from what buyers ask on your sales calls and what your category argues about, not from a content calendar template.

- 03
Weekly interview
every week
Thirty minutes on a call. You talk, we listen for the sentence worth posting, and we ask the question that makes it specific.

- 04
Draft and approve
within two days
Drafts come back in your voice. You edit or reject them. Nothing is scheduled without your yes, and anything that could be anyone's post is cut.
Runs on Claude, Slack or email
- 05
Publish and reply
on a set schedule
Posts go out from your profile on the days your buyers read. Replies to comments are drafted for you to send, or you send your own.

Match the readers
continuous
The companies and roles that react, comment or visit your profile are matched against your target accounts in Clay and written to your CRM.

Monthly review
every month
We read which topics drew the accounts you want, drop the ones that did not, and plan the next month with you.

Systems built for
Ghostwritten posts, and what replaces them.
Founder content fails for three reasons, and talent with a keyboard is not one of them.
- Voice
Ghostwritten posts that sound like everyone's posts, so the people who know you can tell.
Posts built from your own words and phrasing, which people who know you recognize as yours.
- Effort
Content that needs an hour of writing from you every week, so it stops after a month.
Thirty minutes of talking a week. We do the drafting, you do the approving.
- Pipeline
Likes and impressions that nobody can connect to a deal.
Reactions and visits matched to named accounts and written to your CRM, so sales sees who is reading before they call.
What we build and run.
Four parts. The voice guide, the topics and the tracking are yours when we hand over.
A voice guide and a weekly interview
One conversation a week becomes the raw material. We keep your phrasing, cut the filler, and pick the point of view worth posting.
- A written voice guide built from your own words
- Topics drawn from your sales calls, not a template
- No post is written without something you actually said
An approval queue, not a surprise
Every draft waits for you. You see what is drafted, what you asked to change, what is approved and what is scheduled, all in one list.
- Nothing is scheduled without your approval
- Edit, reject or ask for another angle
- The same list tells you what goes out this week
A view of who is reading
Reactions, comments and profile visits are matched to the accounts you are trying to reach, so you can tell a target account from a bystander.
- Engagers matched to your account list in Clay
- Role and company shown for every match
- People outside your market set apart, not counted
What sales sees in the CRM
When someone at a target account engages, it appears on their record in HubSpot or Salesforce with the post that drew them, so the next call starts from something real.
- Engagement logged on the contact or account
- A task for the owner when a target account engages
- Reports that put content next to every other source
On the record.
“Warmup really helped us elevate our approach to GTM. We were manually managing lists and contacts, tracking what we could. WarmUp helped track who engaged with our LinkedIn content, visited our site, and automated the qualification process so we could route them to the right place.”
“Mike and the WarmUp team really came through for us when we needed to test outbound with different personas. They walked us through their messaging process, built solid lists based on what we told them we were looking for, and actually got us in front of Agile coaches - which wasn't easy. Good people to work with.”
“What I find both unique and refreshing in working with Warmup is their efforts to refine the prospect lists such that 90-95% of the companies that Warmup eventually presented were in our target market. The time savings aspect of this one element cannot be understated, not to mention how this illustrates that Warmup is not just listening to our needs but also acting on that information.”
“Our company MTS scanners have been working with Deisy at warm-up for sometime. Deisy is a quick learner has great phone presence and is able to connect with strangers on the other side of a call. Deisy does her homework has access to great lists and has been Very accommodating to MTS over the months that we work together.”
Part of forward-deployed growth engineering.
Outbound, ads, founder content and the CRM underneath are planned together and run by one team, and every channel feeds the next. Take one, or the whole engine. Either way you own it at the end.

Your first 90 days.
First posts in week two. A steady schedule after that. Yours to keep.
Weeks 1 to 2
Build
The voice guide, the topics, the tracking and the first batch of drafts.
What you do: One sixty-minute voice interview and approval on the first batch.
Month 2 onward
Operate
A weekly interview, drafts back within two days, and a monthly read of who engaged.
What you do: Thirty minutes a week for the interview, and a few minutes per post to approve.
When the habit holds
Transfer
The voice guide, the topic bank and the matching tables move to you or to someone on your team, with training. Or you keep us on to run it.
What you do: Name who takes the pen. We train them.
We do not publish pricing. The first call ends with a scope and a number.
LinkedIn content, answered.
Do you ghostwrite LinkedIn posts for founders?
We write them, but from your words rather than from nothing. Each week we interview you, pull out what you said, and draft in your phrasing. You approve every post, so the byline is honest.
Will it sound like AI wrote it?
Drafts start from a recorded interview, not a prompt. AI helps us shape them, and then a person cuts anything that could be anyone's post. You read and edit every one before it is published.
How much time will this take from me?
Thirty minutes a week for the interview, plus a few minutes per post to approve or change it. The first week takes about an hour for the voice interview.
Do you post from my account?
You decide. Some clients approve a post and publish it themselves. Others give us scheduling access. In both cases nothing is published that you have not approved.
Can you guarantee followers or leads?
No. Reach depends on what you have to say and who is listening, and nobody can promise it in advance. We show you who engaged every month, matched to your target accounts, and change the topics that are not drawing them.
How does LinkedIn content turn into pipeline?
By making it visible. The companies and roles that engage are matched to your target accounts and written to your CRM, with the post that drew them. Sales sees who has been reading before the first call, and outbound can start from a warm signal.
What will you write about?
What you know that buyers do not hear elsewhere: the questions they ask on sales calls, the mistakes you see in your category, what you would tell a peer. We do not write about trends we cannot back up.
Do you write for the company page or for people?
Mostly for people. Posts from a named executive reach buyers more directly than a company page does, so that is where we start. A company page can follow once the executive voice is working.
How long before it works?
You will see who is engaging within the first few weeks. Posts build an audience over months. We tell you which of the two you are looking at in the monthly review.
Can this run with paid media?
Yes. A post that is earning attention can be promoted as a Thought Leader ad on LinkedIn to the named accounts you want to reach, which ties this service to the paid media work.
Tell us what you know.
Thirty minutes. Tell us what you would say to a room of your buyers. We will tell you what we would post, and what it would take from you each week.
