We treat everyone like humans.
That’s the whole mantra. The most rewarding part of this work is watching people grow into their full potential, in their careers and their lives. WarmUp is what happened when we built a company around that.
Built to solve the handover.
WarmUp builds agent-native revenue systems for clients, then verifies the people qualified to take them over. Resumes, job titles, and tool certificates could not prove that; a named human reviewing real work can. Companies hire through us; candidates join free.
The mission underneath all of it is verification without a conflict of interest. A verdict is only trustworthy if the person it favors didn’t pay for it, so candidates never pay, at any step. The people who benefit from a strong verification are never the people funding it.
We were the studio first.
WarmUp started as a GTM engineering studio with paying clients. Companies brought us in to build their go-to-market system (enrichment, outbound, the CRM plumbing underneath), or to modernize the one they already had. We built it, we ran it with them for a while, and then we handed it over.
That last step is where we learned the thing this company is built on: the transfer is the hard part. A revenue system needs somebody to keep running it, and asking an already-full team to absorb a new one on top of their day jobs rarely sticks. The build was never what failed. The handover was.
So we started solving the other half: finding the person who could run it, training people into the role from new grads and career changers, and eventually verifying that they could actually do the work rather than asking anyone to take our word for it. That is WarmUp, and it is why the verification exists.
We still build the system for you if that is what you need, same engineers, same work, now under one name. Engagements are contracted through WarmUp, Inc.
Three principles, one bar.
A human decides every verification
We use AI heavily in our own work and label it when we do, but a named person makes every verification decision, on the record.
Only checkable claims ship
Nothing gets published on a résumé alone; profiles show real work reviewed by our team, with the reviewer on the record.
You see the work before you sign up for anything
A candidate's own profile is a public link: no login, no demo call. Browsing the full roster asks for an email first, any email, nothing verified, no approval queue, because that is how we learn who is actually in the market.
This isn’t abstract community talk: we run Clay Club Indy and have taught revenue engineering at REVelry for two summers. Real meetups, real students, and a lot of them end up here.
Two ways to start
Hiring GTM engineers, or building a career in revenue engineering? The door's open either way.
