An engineer inside your team, until your team runs it.

Forward-deployed growth engineering means we build your outbound, ads, content and CRM in your own tools, run them with your team until the numbers hold, and then hand you the keys. The system is yours. So are the people who learned to run it.

Five things we hold to.

Everything on this site follows from these. If a page contradicts one of them, the page is wrong.

Inside

Inside your team, not beside it.

We sit in your Slack, your standup and your CRM. The work is visible while it happens, and the questions get asked of the people who know the answers.

Your tools

Built in your tools, under your logins.

The Clay tables, the ad accounts, the sending domains and the reports live in accounts you own from day one. Nothing is held hostage when the engagement ends.

Signals

A reason behind every send.

Nobody is contacted because they exist in a database. A hire, a funding round, a job change or a visit to your pricing page decides who gets worked this week, and which play fits.

People

A person owns every send.

The machine does the research and the first draft. A person reads a sample of every batch before it launches, answers every positive reply, and keeps the call to action fixed.

Handover

The handover is the product.

Live by week four. Better every two weeks. Documented as it is built, so when the numbers hold, the system, the playbooks and the training move to someone on your team.

Outside your team, or inside it.

Most of what we build, an agency also builds. The difference is where it lives, who learns it, and what is left when the contract ends.

How it worksRuns the work outside your team and sends you a report.Sits inside your team, builds in your tools, and stays until it runs without us.
What gets builtLists, copy, sequences and inboxes, in the vendor's accounts.Signals, enrichment, routing, plays and reporting, in your CRM and your Clay, documented as they are built.
What both useThe same tools: Clay, your CRM, Instantly, HeyReach, Claude Code. The difference is whose account they sit in and who can read the tables when the contract ends.
What your team doesApproves copy, joins a weekly call, takes the meetings.Joins the build sessions, tests the workflows, and then runs the system.
How you measure itMeetings booked, reply rate, cost per meeting.Manual hours saved, workflows live, pipeline you can trace in your own CRM, and whether it runs without help.
What you keepThe report. The system, the documentation, the numbers, and a trained person.

Both models are honest work. The question is what you want left behind when the engagement ends.

Part of forward-deployed growth engineering.

Outbound, ads, founder content and the CRM underneath are planned together and run by one team, and every channel feeds the next. Take one, or the whole engine. Either way you own it at the end.

Build, operate, transfer.

Every service runs on the same arc. Live by week four, better every two weeks, yours when the numbers hold.

  1. Weeks 1 to 4

    Build

Intake, the model, the signals, the lists and the first plays. Launch at the end of week four.

What you do: One intake form and two one-hour calls.

  2. Month 2 onward

    Operate

We run it with your team: replies, numbers, changes to the plays every two weeks.

What you do: A thirty-minute review every two weeks and the final say on every send.

  3. When the numbers hold

    Transfer

The system, the docs and the playbooks move to your team, with training. Or you keep us on to run it.

What you do: Name who takes it over. We train them.

We do not publish pricing. The first call ends with a scope and a number.

Forward-deployed, answered.

What is forward-deployed growth engineering?

An engineer who works inside your team and builds your go-to-market system in your own tools: the outbound, the ads, the founder content and the CRM underneath, planned together. They run it with you until the numbers hold, then hand it over. The term comes from Palantir's forward-deployed engineers, who ship inside the customer's environment instead of from a vendor's office.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

An agency runs the work outside your team and sends you the results. You get meetings and a report, and when the contract ends the lists, the copy and the accounts usually leave with it. We build inside your accounts, document as we go, and measure ourselves on whether your team can run the system without us.

Is this the same as hiring a GTM engineer?

Close, with two differences. You get a team that has built the same system before, so the first version arrives in weeks rather than quarters, and the engagement is designed to end: the goal is a system your own people run, whether that is someone you already have or someone you hire.

Who owns the accounts and the data?

You do, from the first day. Clay, the ad accounts, the sending domains, the CRM workflows and the reports are created in accounts in your name. We work in them; we do not own them.

What happens when the engagement ends?

The system keeps running, because it was built to. The documentation, the playbooks and the training move to the person you name, and we stay reachable. If you would rather we keep running it, we can, but that is a choice, not a lock-in.

Can you work alongside the agency or the team we already have?

Yes. The usual shape is that we build the system and the signals, and the people you already have run the plays inside it. If an agency holds your ad accounts today, moving them into your name is one of the first things we do.

How do you measure whether it is working?

Two ways, both in your CRM. The pipeline numbers you already report on, so outbound and ads show up next to everything else. And the system numbers: manual hours saved, workflows live, and how much of it runs without anyone from WarmUp touching it.

Tell us where it is stuck.

Thirty minutes. We will tell you what we would build inside your team, in your tools, and what you would own at the end.
