What it tells an employer: This badge says you can own the how: when systems fight each other, you are the person teams call.
Verified through system-design challenges: diagnose a broken multi-tool stack, redesign it, and defend the migration order.

Owns revenue outcomes and the decisions behind them: what to build, what to kill, and why.
What it tells an employer: The scarcest mark on the platform. It tells an employer this person can be trusted with the roadmap, not just the build.

Every track is respected work at a different scope of decision, and compensation grows with scope: public postings for these roles ran $127K to $250K in January 2026. Assessments are scored against rubrics by humans. AI tools are allowed in assessments because using them well is part of the job; the recorded walkthrough at the end is all you.
