Four services. Every price public.
Outbound, ads, LinkedIn content and the CRM under them, each priced on its own. Pick one: the tab shows how it runs, what each tier buys and what it costs, so you can compare the four without leaving this page.
Your point of view, in front of buyers.
We interview you for thirty minutes a week, turn what you said into posts in your own voice, and publish only what you approve. Then we match the people who engage to your target accounts and write them to your CRM.

How LinkedIn content runs.
- 01
Your voice, on paper
week 1
A recorded interview, plus your old posts, emails and sales calls, becomes a voice guide: how you open, what you refuse to say, the words you use.
Tools A recorded call, Claude
- 02
Topics from your market
week 1
Topics come from what buyers ask on your sales calls and what your category argues about, not from a content calendar template.

- 03
Thirty minutes a week
every week
Thirty minutes on a call. You talk, we listen for the sentence worth posting, and we ask the question that makes it specific.
Tools A recorded call
- 04
Drafts, and your yes
within two days
Drafts come back in your voice. You edit or reject them. Nothing is scheduled without your yes, and anything that could be anyone's post is cut.
Tools Claude, Slack or email
- 05
Published, replies drafted
on a set schedule
Posts go out from your profile on the days your buyers read. Replies to comments are drafted for you to send, or you send your own.
Tools LinkedIn
- 06
Readers matched to accounts
continuous
The companies and roles that react, comment or visit your profile are matched against your target accounts in Clay and written to your CRM.
Tools LinkedIn, Clay, Your CRM
- 07
The monthly read
every month
We read which topics drew the accounts you want, drop the ones that did not, and plan the next month with you.

Every tier

- Your approval on every send, ad, post and CRM change before it goes out
- Documented as it is built

Who this is for, and who it is not.
Three people this works for, and three cases where we would say no on the first call.
Built for
- A founder with opinions
- You know things your buyers do not hear elsewhere, and you can give us thirty minutes a week to say them.
- Buyers on LinkedIn
- Your buyers are named roles at named companies, and they read LinkedIn. The posts reach them, and the readers are matched to your account list.
- Outbound or ads running
- The accounts that read your posts are the accounts you are emailing, so a reaction becomes a warm signal for the next touch.
Not for
- Staying quiet
- Posts that take no position reach nobody. If you would rather not say what you think in public, this will not work.
- A company page only
- A page with no named person behind it reaches a fraction of the buyers. We start with an executive's voice, and the page follows.
- No interview
- Nothing is written without something you said. If there is no thirty minutes a week, there is no post.
Ghostwritten posts, and what replaces them.
Founder content fails for three reasons, and talent with a keyboard is not one of them.
- Voice
Ghostwritten posts that sound like everyone's posts, so the people who know you can tell.
Posts built from your own words and phrasing, which people who know you recognize as yours.
- Effort
Content that needs an hour of writing from you every week, so it stops after a month.
Thirty minutes of talking a week. We do the drafting, you do the approving.
- Pipeline
Likes and impressions that nobody can connect to a deal.
Reactions and visits matched to named accounts and written to your CRM, so sales sees who is reading before they call.
What we build around your voice.
Four parts. The voice guide, the topics and the tracking are yours when we hand over.
A voice guide and a weekly interview
One conversation a week becomes the raw material. We keep your phrasing, cut the filler, and pick the point of view worth posting.
- A written voice guide built from your own words
- Topics drawn from your sales calls, not a template
- No post is written without something you actually said
An approval queue, not a surprise
Every draft waits for you. You see what is drafted, what you asked to change, what is approved and what is scheduled, all in one list.
- Nothing is scheduled without your approval
- Edit, reject or ask for another angle
- The same list tells you what goes out this week
A view of who is reading
Reactions, comments and profile visits are matched to the accounts you are trying to reach, so you can tell a target account from a bystander.
- Readers matched to your account list in Clay
- Role and company shown for every match
- People outside your market set apart, not counted
What sales sees in the CRM
When someone at a target account engages, it appears on their record in HubSpot or Salesforce with the post that drew them, so the next call starts from something real.
- Engagement logged on the contact or account
- A task for the owner when a target account engages
- Reports that put content next to every other source
On the record.
“Warmup really helped us elevate our approach to GTM. We were manually managing lists and contacts, tracking what we could. WarmUp helped track who engaged with our LinkedIn content, visited our site, and automated the qualification process so we could route them to the right place.”
“Mike and the WarmUp team really came through for us when we needed to test outbound with different personas. They walked us through their messaging process, built solid lists based on what we told them we were looking for, and actually got us in front of Agile coaches - which wasn't easy. Good people to work with.”
“What I find both unique and refreshing in working with Warmup is their efforts to refine the prospect lists such that 90-95% of the companies that Warmup eventually presented were in our target market. The time savings aspect of this one element cannot be understated, not to mention how this illustrates that Warmup is not just listening to our needs but also acting on that information.”
“Our company MTS scanners have been working with Deisy at warm-up for sometime. Deisy is a quick learner has great phone presence and is able to connect with strangers on the other side of a call. Deisy does her homework has access to great lists and has been Very accommodating to MTS over the months that we work together.”

What buyers ask about LinkedIn content.
What does the LinkedIn content service include?
A sixty-minute voice interview and a written voice guide to start, then a thirty-minute interview every week, drafts back within two days, a graphic or carousel where a post needs one, scheduling and publishing from your profile, replies to comments drafted for you, readers matched to your target accounts and written to your CRM, and a monthly review of which topics drew them.
How is it priced?
A flat monthly fee set by how many posts go out each month: sixteen, or thirty. Both include the interviews, the drafting, the graphics, the publishing and the tracking; the thirty-post tier is the same thirty minutes a week from you, with more posts drawn from it. Nothing is charged per post, and the first call ends with a scope and a number.
Will the posts sound like me?
They start from your words, not from a prompt. The voice guide records how you open, what you refuse to say and the phrases you use, and every draft is built from something you said on a call. You edit or reject any draft, and anything that could be anyone's post is cut before you see it.
How many posts a month, and how often?
Sixteen a month, about four a week, or thirty, close to daily. The schedule is set to the days your buyers read, and the mix across technical, personal and milestone posts is planned a couple of weeks ahead so a busy month does not go quiet.
Do you post from my account, or do I?
Your choice. Most clients give us scheduling access and approve each post in a shared queue; some prefer to publish approved posts themselves. Either way nothing is published that you have not read, and replies to comments are drafted for you to send in your own name.
How much of my time does it take?
About an hour for the first voice interview, then thirty minutes a week on a call and a few minutes per post to approve or change it. If you cannot give the thirty minutes, there is no post, because nothing is written without something you said.
How long before it brings in pipeline?
You will see who is engaging, matched to your target accounts, within the first few weeks. Reach builds over months, and the first conversations usually start once a steady schedule has held for a quarter. The monthly review tells you which of the two you are looking at, so nobody mistakes impressions for pipeline.
How do posts connect to the CRM?
The companies and roles that react, comment or visit your profile are matched against your target accounts in Clay and written to the contact in HubSpot or Salesforce, with the post that drew them. The account owner gets a task when a target account engages, so the next call starts from something real.
Who is it for, and who should not do this?
For founders and executives who know things buyers do not hear elsewhere, whose buyers are named roles at named companies, and who can give thirty minutes a week. Not for anyone who would rather not take a position in public, or for a company page with no named person behind it.
Is there a minimum term?
None is published. It is a monthly retainer, not a project, and content compounds, so we would be honest that one month shows you who is reading and not much more, and that a steady quarter is where the results start. It runs month to month until you say otherwise, and the voice guide and topic bank are yours whenever you leave.
Can the posts run as ads?
Yes, when paid media is also in scope. A post that is earning attention from the right readers can run as a LinkedIn Thought Leader ad to the rest of your account list, which reaches the buyers who have not seen it yet without a brand campaign.
What happens if we stop?
The voice guide, the topic bank and the matching tables move to you or to someone you name, with training, and the fee stops. The posts stay on your profile, because they were always published there. Or you keep us on to run it.
Do you use AI to write them?
AI helps shape a draft from the interview transcript and helps match readers to accounts. A person cuts anything generic, you read and edit every post, and nothing goes out in your name that you have not approved.
